Andretti Indoor Karting and Games
Opening in 2000, Andretti Indoor Karting and Games set a goal to create a family and corporate entertainment center that was like no other in Atlanta. It's mandatory that every aspect of our 100,000 square foot entertainment destination provide exciting experiences and be delivered with a level of service that doesn't just follow a higher standard, but sets it. To do this, the first rule is simple: TAKE THE CONCEPT OF FUN SERIOUSLY. From there, our management and employees continuously make themselves better by staying educated on the latest gaming & entertainment technologies, while pursuing best practices when it comes to customer service. Whether it's high speed karting, the arcade, Andretti Grill restaurant or our extreme activities, we want every member of your family to leave wanting to come back for more.
If I could give a zero that would really describe the experience. We used to come here a couple of years ago and it was so much fun. My husband and I came back today 2/11/18 for the first time in about 2 years to have a good time. 1. The adult track was closed. The cashier could not give us a time or a reason as to why they were closed. Her exact words were "I'm just the cashier." 2. Went to play the the arcade and literally speaking more than half the games are out of order.... We did come for the early bird special so we knew the ticket games were off limits. So not only were there games that were off limits but the games that we could play were broken (ex: Guns on two player games missing one) and out of order games as well. Worst experience at this place ever. I would really like my money back and not a gift card!
The go kart racing itself was super fun & exhilarating. The down side of the experience is the length of time that you have TO RACE. The arcade games were great fun, a throw back to childhood. The food at the restaurant inside the facility was okay. In my opinion, the food was over priced for the level of quality we received. I wouldn't recommend eating there. The service was okay. Our server was nice & relatively attentive considering the fact that there was hardly any one in the restaurant.
I wasn't too pleased with this establishment. My boyfriend took me here as a surprise just to have fun for the day. It doesn't help that it was the middle of summer, and this location didn't have any air conditioning in the building. The poor employees looked like they were suffering! (I was too). The area to wait for the go-kart racing was disorderly. We were told to sit down and wait and watch an informational video before we were to get on the track, and we sat there for 45 minutes. Not only did we sit and wait, there were others who just walked right in and was allowed to race, and they didn't have a reservation for it. I wasn't too impressed with the games in the arcade area (some were out of service), but going go-kart racing and zip lining was fun.
Horrible experience at this location! Had to wait 30 minutes just for a single person to help us that the 3D game. Later had to watch a safety video with the volume extremely low. After the sizing of my groups helmets we had to enter the track and secure our stuff. Race got cut short because of the one rude manger who didn’t give us some sort of refund and resulted in my girlfriends purse getting stolen. Never coming here ever again. Wouldn’t recommend for a big group trying to have fun.
Fun place to go. Wear clothing you are willing to move around in, and you will smell like rubber when you are done. But that is to be expected. 😂 Call to possibly make a reservation on weekends or be willing to wait on weekends.
