Forth of July. I pulled over to get somthing out of my trunk. I pulled over into the business center where crux is I went to the OTHER side of Crux.. wasn’t even near Crux and got out opened my trunk and a lady came speeding in.. please note all the businesses are closed today. I had maybe been there 2 min. She spun her car around towards me really fast (I swear she was gonna hit me) and yelled “you need to leave right now! This is private property” I nicely said my bad and apologized and started to close up my trunk. She yelled again “get off this property” I was so shocked I jumped in my car and this lady watched me leave and then drove off. I swear no one was on this Costco size lot and this lady drove from wherever she was to yell at me..

I can not tell you how the facility or customer service inside the building was, due to the fact that I was accosted by this horrible woman, even before I was able to get out of my car. My husband asked me to go to Left Lane Sports, to order something and the Crux to purchase two memberships and find out what that entails. However, my toddler fell asleep and I did not want to wake her. So I parked in the parking lot and was going to wait till she woke up. I sat there for about 15 minutes when an incredibly hostile and unfriendly woman drove up and told me to leave. I was trying to apologize and explain but she just cut me off and told me "uh, uh, not going to happen. Leave! the owner doesnt want you loitering". We will certainly not be returning to purchase those memberships and now I am hesitant to even go back to Left Lane for gear. Its just not worth having to deal with someone like that. I believe there are other climbing gyms in the area, please take your business there.

Great way to get my son out of the house to get some exercise. I love the youth program for 10 to 13 year olds. I can drop my son and his friend off and pick them up when they wear out. The lady at the front desk is a little intense and bossy. I liked that she insisted on the guys paying attention and following the rules. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, but abrupt in her manner. I thought she was great. I don't need her to be my kids buddy. I do need her to keep my child safe. I felt that his safety was her top priority. So I love the place. My son loved all of the great rock faces to climb and can't wait to go back again.

Great for family events & Climbs, even for young ones. But also works as a great, FUN, individual, whole body workout.

First time here and the owner helped us every step up the way. There are 15 rock faces of all difficulty levels to climb. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be coming back.
